Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in generating and distributing invoices and statements of account to the appropriate customers ensuring that all figures are accurate.
  • Assist in generating and providing periodic accounting reports to management.
  • Assist with the day-to-day vendor invoices and related documents.
  • Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable and bank reconciliation in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with the Group's overseas offices for daily finance operation.
  • Assist financial reporting, breakdowns and analysis of intercompany accounts.
  • Assist in internal and external audit.
  • Maintain proper documentation of financial records and reports.
  • Assist in supporting general administrative office work and HR functions.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

  • Diploma in Accounting / Finance or equivalent industry certification is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and/or Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).

Highly Regarded / Preferred:

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in Accounting.
  • Experience in digital technology/ customer service/ support or technical support environment.
