Position:                               Platform Specialist/Digital Executive 

Location:                              Hong Kong 



Duties and Responsibilities


Training & Enablement

  • Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) of Google Marketing Platform
  • Assist Customer Success Managers in on-boarding customers with the Google Marketing Platform technologies by setting accounts and all other relevant tasks
  • Enable customer to use the platforms by providing user training and workshops
  • Contribute in the preparation of product-relevant content and/or documentations including but not limited to product updates, roadmaps, best practices, internal and external knowledge base, maturity frameworks


Customer Success

  • Remain to be the first responder and solution provider for all customer support tickets whilst ensuring quality of response, information and communication is of high standards. Where applicable, proactively collaborate with the Customer Success Managers to determine the communication flow with customers
  • Escalate and collaborate with other departments & external parties to ensure the highest level of resolution is achieved while actively managing the customers’ expectations
  • Assist Customer Success Managers in managing relationships with existing clients


Campaign Management (Where applicable)

  • Provide digital campaign management service
  • Monitor and optimise campaigns effectively ensuring that weekly/End-of-Campaign reports are generated and provided to the customers
  • Assist Customer Success Managers to ensure all campaign updates are accurate before they are provided to the customers


Project Coordination (Where applicable)

  • Act as a project coordinator in creative projects, liaising with clients, designers, programmers from creative briefing to live


Education and Experience


Prerequisites:

  • 1 year+ experience in digital marketing or related fields
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Systems, or Information Systems Management, IT or Industry Certification is desirable. New graduates will be considered
  • Certification and experience in using Google Ads
  • Proficient in computer literacy such as Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and/or Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) 


Highly Regarded / Preferred:

  • Experience in Programmatic marketing and SEM
  • Experience in technical writing
  • Experience in customer service/support or technical support environment
  • Experience in Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager
  • Proficient i in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, URL encoding and structures

Fresh graduate / candidate with less experience will be considered as Digital Executive
