Your role

Digital Advertising Executive is an entry-level role in FiveStones for anyone who aims at developing a career in the digital ad technology industry. You will gain solid knowledge and skills in the most up-to-date digital marketing and analytics solutions. The major duties of this role are as follows:

  • Assist in customer’s on-boarding & training for the Google Marketing Platform (GMP)
  • Create and maintain documentations for product updates, roadmaps, best practices and more
  • Be the first responder and solution provider for customer GMP technical enquiries whilst ensuring quality of response, information and communication is of high standards
  • Assist the Customer Success Manager in managing the relationships with existing clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver Digital Maturity solutions
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

To Qualify, Individuals Must Possess

  • 0-2 years experience in digital marketing
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline
  • Resilient, curious and with growth mindset
  • Proactive & self-motivated to work independently & make things happen
  • Willingness of continuous learning
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced & multinational environment and with distributed team
  • Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
  • Effective at multitasking and prioritisation
  • A good team player & fast learner with good “people person” personality & sense of humour
  • Knowledge of Programmatic advertising, SEM, Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics preferred
  • Experience in customer service/support or technical support environment preferred
  • Experience in technical writing preferred
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS & JavaScript preferred
